Initio International Acquires Longbridge International

Rapidly expanding International recruitment company, Initio International Ltd, has acquired one of the leading UK brands in legal recruitment, Longbridge International, in a deal announced on 1st March 2010.

Recently appointed Director, Patrick Goodwin said, “Joining Longbridge is a great opportunity to build on an established brand and maximise its potential through diversification into other areas of professional staffing, throughout the UK.”

Initio International Ltd, itself a recent Management Buy Out (MBO) from the large, Japanese owned Faro Recruitment Group has successful businesses in the USA (Monroe Staffing Inc.) and Spain (ALG Consultores). The Group’s aim is establish itself as a major player in the hard-fought world of International professional services staffing.
