Initio International appoints Non-Executive Director

The continued expansion of the management team at Initio International, the newly formed recruitment group, sees Jeff Grout appointed as non-executive director.

With over twenty years as UK Managing Director of Robert Half, Jeff Grout has built a formidable reputation as someone who knows how to build a successful staffing business, taking them from 12 staff and less than £2 million turnover to a 20 location business with sales of £65 million. Jeff now splits his valuable time presiding over his consultancy business and acting as a trusted advisor to leading industry figures.
